Fixed home loan rates change

Fixed home loan interest rates have changed again over the past two weeks, with all the major banks except ANZ moving fixed interest rates up to cover the rising costs of funds. Commonwealth Bank, the latest to raise their fixed home loan rates , added between 0.% and 0.6% per annum to existing interest rates, depending on the how long the loan was to be fixed for. The four-year fixed term saw the biggest increase.
